I just bought one to hatch...bringing it up to temp now

I have one going with a lot of eggs in it. This is my first hatch. Seems to be holding a steady temperature in it, though I can't figure out exactly what that temperature is. I have 3 digitial thermometers and one mercury and they range from 95-100. I just tried switching them around to see if it depends on where the thermometer is located. Will let you know. I do have a fan.

I put a fan in mine and the temperature doesn't seem to fluctuate as much.
