$10 stackable bins from Lowe's. Cheap to buy, easy to clean, perfect amount of space! I've been using mine for 2 years and they still look great! For the top bins, under the wood shavings, is a 12" cement paver to weight it so that when the hens jump to the top, the whole thing doesn't topple over.

great idea on weighting the top one down!

I wouldn't stack them more than 2 bins high, it makes it too wobbly.
