Thanks! I use Adobe Photoshop Elements 7, but the website bella1210 suggested looks very similar.

OK a couple I was playing with last night, I use PSPro, 7 I've had it for ever, I make tags and sigs, website logo's and Tshirts and tatoo designs so these are not even close to my better works, but I was bored doing laundry and wanted to frame some pictures for printing. so here they are
