I wouldn’t use that kind of needle. I have some friends who pierce their own ears and sometimes they get infected.

That’s why you use a lighter followed by lotttttsssssss of alcohol to make it sterile (or close to it). I don’t own any earrings so it would probably be stupid. Maybe another tattoo would work instead

Has anyone pierced their own cartilage? I've done my own lobes, eyebrow, and lip but I'm not so sure about doing cartilage. I'd really only do helix and flats, I'll leave the hard to reach places for a professional.

I have a friend who has done her own helixes like 7 times, but I’ve never tried to do it myself.
