We had a chick starting to hatch yesterday afternoon at about 4pm.. it was chirping all evening, the egg was rocking and I could see the broken shell underneath the egg.... now its 1230 in the afternoon the next day and no more chirping and the egg is no longer moving. I am at 20 hours with this one egg.. should I assume its dead??
