Polly drew herself up to her full height and slightly puffed up her hackles. (She tends to get worked up over little things) "I do know where Brienna is, thank you very much. She is going to visit Wesley, to tell him about the marriage between her and Edward."

Polly paced angrily "A villager. Brienna keeps switching who she loves on a moment's notice! I never knew her to be so impulsive. She got Lolly into trouble too, you know. And now with her sneaking off to the village, I am sure I shall be punished as well!" raised her hackles even more. Not at Dave, but at the idea of Brienna getting her into trouble.

"Calm down! Think sensibly" *Dave walks through he door* "We need to keep the news from ever reaching the Queen."

Polly smoothed her hackles. "I told the servants not to tell the Queen, but Chloe is bound to do it anyway. She is the Queen's handmaid, so she feels it is her duty to watch over us."

"Well, yes. But I would bet all my feathers that Chloe will tell the Queen when she comes back. Chloe is loyal to Queen Daisy."
