"I thought it was the other way around." Polly grumbled to herself. "And besides, I could beat a raccoon or fox any day. I don't even need a sword; I still have my arrows." She strapped the quiver across her chest and followed Chloe into the castle. She hoped Chloe wouldn't take her to Brienna to be scolded. But Brienna wasn't here. She would have to have some other punishment. She squared her shoulders. I can take it. I'm brave. She thought.
