There are two breeds with a rear facing crest found in Indonesia: the BJS: Baok Jambul Sandah with a beard, crest, and rear crest. There is also the BJ5S: Baok Jambul Sandah Sagkur Santek Srawah Simbar beard, crest, rear crest, rumpless, frizzle, white, feather legs. These terms act as a standard for the breeds. I don’t know if there is a short name other than the acronyms.
You may have seen the pigeons with the rear-crest mutation. Or the ringneck doves. But it is only recently that I have learned that this trait is found in some chickens.
