Splash turned and went underneath Mason and pushed him upwards.

Because Mason was rather large compared to the bantam, he didnt really move. However, Splash's claws dug into him. He was quick to put his foot on Him and pushed him away, so that he went tumbling in the dirt. Mason waited again.

"Anything else?" Heather asked Divinity. "Well thats too bad" she told Chase.

Remember what he taught you; Use size to your advantage. Splash thought. He ran underneath Mason and went the other way, then ran around really fast, hoping to confuse him. He jumped into a tree and silently switched trees and waited to see what Mason would do.

Mason took a deep breath. He was starting to wonder who taught this cockerel. His eyes remained open. He could feel her presence. He moved from side to side, his eyes darting all over.

Splash waited for the perfect moment, then silently jumped down behind Mason, heading straight for him. He lunged back in the air, with his legs in front of him, aiming to get Mason's comb in his beak.
