ok, I have managed somehow out of hatching RIR x leghorn eggs I got a female who was totally white but has the large build of a RIR and same small comb of an RIR. Her brother however hatched with white and brown. How should I go about creating a white leghorn that has the same build of a RIR and breeds true? And could this be a new sexlink?

Selection over several generations will accomplish your first goal. Sex-links require two separate lines to be maintained. White leghorns are usually dominant white, and so do not work for producing sex-links.
