I think a Hawk RP would be great, make sure you have a few breeds with a nice pic for each, a pic(s) for their territory/territories, and have a intriguing storyline.

The Seal one could be cool too, I would not join that type myself, but I'm sure there are people who would.

I'm not an expert, I guess (though I've RPed elsewhere, heh), but I think there are already a lot of animal RPs. They're all kind of the same, save for a change of animals and scenery. Maybe try something really different?

Yeah, that is awful! And I can't help but think, Would you do that in real life? No!

There are so many unreal characters out there, and I know RPs aren't real! But characters are people, so they should act appropriately. I think most people make their characters a cooler, stronger, hotter, more outgoing version of then selves. What do you think?

I know what you mean. I don't blame people for making them more outgoing though, because that does make it easier to RP.

I'm an expert? Oh yeah! Hawk RP sounds pretty cool – if you do it right. As for the seal RP, that doesn't sound like it has quite as much potential. But if you really want seals, you could try selkies. I bet that would get a lot of groupies. (Including me. Heh-heh. I'm a geek.)

I agree with LTC mostly, except that I would allow all hawk species. I'd probably separate them by genus or something.

The TV show and movie follow the crew of a 'firefly' model spaceship, called Serenity. There are no aliens or anything, what happened was, that many years earlier, the world became over populated, so humankind moved off of earth and to another solar system. It's a really well-written show, and the characters are amazing.
