The Run Is (Almost) Done!

This is the door, an old window screen that slides in a wooden track. I hit my head coming out of the run at least once a day.
I can pull the tractor right up to the coop...or maybe trust one day that I can open the door and they will file back into the coop.

I chose 2 inch bottom and the rest 3/4 inch pvc and chicken wire with a skillion zip ties...shoulda bought stock in the zip tie company!
The pet carrier is their nesting box until I get one built...

What I do when I'm not: delivering babies, giving massages, making stained glass windows, repairing a house or loving my chickens!

p.s. another set of wheels and a handle to be added to make it easier to move. It's 8 feet X 10 feet!
