Glossy paint really doesn't look that bad. You might try putting matte finish on em, or just repainting em. Either way, they really don't look that bad. :)

The matte finish i have is modge podge it saids it will be tacky unless i have something else that goes with it. :/

Hmm. Well, you could just repaint them.
 
Thanks everyone, all of yours are good! I found it was easiest to get all the colors, shading, and blending just right by using pastels. I did the horse solid bay in pastel and then went through and put all the markings, patches, spots, eyes, mane, and tail in acrylic paint.
