Alice went downstairs to find her mother to ask if she could go to Arren's house with him.She was surprised when her mother agreed. She couldn't know that her mother had recognized Arren as a shifter and a True since both families had been in the same town.

Arren had followed he smiled and said,"thanks we will back in about an hour or so."He said to her mother.

Alice smiled and turned to Arren "Alright, lead the way" She said and held out a hand to him so he could lead her

"Have fun" her mother said and watched the two leaving the house

Arren took her hand and lead them outside and down the sidewalk."Surprisingly we don't live that far from one another,"said Arren.

The officer jutted another note down, then looked back up to Mark, obviously disappointed with the lacking information, "Well I'm gonna go speak with him. You two can go, thank you for your help."

The cop turned and walked over to the other boy, not expecting anything better out of him. He cleared his throat, and asked, "Ah, Asher, right? Mind it I ask you a few questions?"

Khloe was loaded in the back of the ambulance, Zackary jumping in his own car to follow as the pulled from the cur, sirens blaring. His breathing and heart rate were quick as he kept pace with the ambulance, police cars speeding passed to clear their way. After some minutes, they reached the hospital, Zack parking with haste and running to where the paramedics were wheeling Khloe, who looked unconscious, out of the ambulance.

They hurried into the emergency room, Zack in close pursuit. "Khlo, Khloe! Can you hear me?! Khloe!" He called to her, getting only glimpses of her though the doctors that now surrounded her as they raised towards surgery, but she didn't reply.

"Sir, Sir! You have to stay out here," Someone behind him said, and he could feel something pulling at his, trying to stop him, but he could end leave his sister. "We're going to do all we can for your sister but you need to stay out here!" Another person said, and this time Zack listened, stopping as his sister was taken farther and farther away from him.

"Here, you can wait out here, alright?" The second voice, which came from a young woman, spoke again. Zackary nodded, light eyes still trained on the hall they'd taken Khloe down as he took a seat in the waiting area, hope, slowly draining from him with each minute that passed...
