It was more shock then was usually portrayed through Asher's eyes at the girls sudden outburst. He managed to make a nimble dart to the left though, in order to mostly avoid getting hit with her legs. A hiss of rage iced over the look in his eyes, replacing it with a dangerous anger that threatened to, at any second, make an attack. Like Khloe though, he was reluctant to actually injure the girl- even if his tense crouch gave away none of these confused thoughts.
Asher lashed his tail, creeping forward ever so slightly at a very rapid pace as he noticed Khloe prepare to leap- a split second before launching herself at the girl on the edge of the bushes. The glint of the knife caught Ash's eyes just as Julie brought it up toward Khloe, in a manoeuvre that clearly stated aggression. Every instinct in his body was telling him to either spring or get out of there, but he couldn't. Transfixed on his spot not too far away from the two, he could only watch in horror- managing a petty warning that seemed to get caught in his throat. Khloe! Came out in what would have seemed like a sudden growl to any human ears. He was instantly springing to his paws, no longer on guard to the threat of the dangerous human being, who had apparently just badly injured one of the only shifters he knew of. Two strides later and he was next to her, ears pinned uncertainly and eyes wide as he took in her painful state. Another moment later he had matched suit, and shifted into his human form, kneeling beside her. "Khloe?" He said in a voice that came out much more steadily then he had intended. His tone was nothing like what he was going through inside though. Asher had never been in any kind of emergency situation like this, and to be honest couldn't think for the life of him- or Khloe for that matter- what to do. He didn't notice Julie run off, nor the other girl that had been watching most of the time begin to walk over. All his mind was focused on one thing- and so far that was to panic
