So howdy all...New here thank you...

Anyways to get to the point. I have a Buff Orpington, 3 years old that is ill and I need some help. Not sure what is wrong.
Symptoms:
She has a small pink comb, not dark, kinda light to me compared to others.
No face swelling
Wings are drooping
Lethargic, sleeps all day, will stir when messed but falls right back to sleep
Has diarrhea, smells really bad. There is no blood in her stools and it is not foamy. Dark Brown
Head was up yesterday now today it is drooping closer to the floor.
Fluffed up feathers
Will not stand and when we try she flopps down.

No Egg Backup
Empty Crop

We gave her electrolytes yesterday with some yogurt cultures about 150 ml of fluid with a dropper. She has a loss of appetite and has been progressing down hill it seems.

Ideas would be grateful.

Mix some wet chick feed and some srambled egg to offer her. Do you have Poultry NutriDrench? Give several drops up to 2 ml daily. It sounds like she could have coccidiosis or enteritis, so I would get some Corid to start treatment for coccidiosis. Dosage is 2 tsp or 10 ml of the liquid Corid per gallon of water for 5-7 days. Do you have any antibiotics, such as amoxicillin? Enteritis can be treated with many antibiotics. Ideally, you could take some fresh droppings to your local vet for a fecal test to look for parasites.

Other possible issues could be a reproductive disorder, or a crop problem (impacted or sour crop.) How does her crop feel—empty, full, hard, doughy, or puffy like a balloon? How long ago has she laid eggs?

Thanks for the reply. Crop is Empty. Unknown when she laid last. Sending wife to get Corid but don't have antibiotics. Also not sure where to get it without having to go the vet and paying the Premium.

Great, they're a really good option when a vet just isn't in the cards.
Iv'e used them quite a few times, everything is as it should be.
Belive it or not they'll even answer questions and make reccomedations if your bird isn't doing well.
Pretty rare sort of service these days.
Awesome got it. Ordered some to hopefully treat if the Corid does not work out in two days.

UpDate:

Sad day today. We tried to valiantly save her but alas she succumbed to her illness. I still am unsure as to the cause and did not perform a necropsy. We are treating the rest of the flock and watching for anything suspicious. Thank you all for the assistance.

Oh, I am so sorry that you lost her. In CA, necropsies are done at almost no cost in several different poultry labs, so if you should lose another bird, refrigerate the body, and contact your state vet. I believe they will perform a necropsy on 2 chickens per year at a coat of $20 per chicken. You can take the body in or ask for a voucher for Fedex. Here are the locations where you can get a necropsy:
