GOOD LORD. I had a guy email me asking if I had any SLW roos for sale. I told him I had a couple of 6-week-old non-hatchery cockerels that I would sell him for $5 each. He emailed me back and told me to go F*&# myself, (I'm not kidding), and said "for a 6 wk old roo your out of your mind"

What a rude, crass individual. Wouldn't want him to have any of my birds, that's for sure, at any price, and I told him so. (I also made a crack about his spelling and grammar, just 'cause I could).

For a good quality non hatchery SLW roo I'd give you twice that amount, and gladly! especially since I'm SLW rooless!! since my one and only Rick passed on about 2 months ago.

We sold a 3 month old SLW cockerel the other month for £25, but in the UK SLW's are quite rare. It's literally impossible to get your hands on an adult L/F SLW. I've had to hatch all my stock from hatching eggs shipped to us from all over the country.

What a loser! I am waiting as patiently as I can for my turn to come up on a wait list for SLW and he has an issue with your price? I have paid a lot more for a lot less over here in SA! Oh man...wish I was closer...I would take you up on that offer! Peace!
