Quick question: Do SLW lay dark brown eggs with lots of speckles on them? I also have an Australorp, light Brahmas, and RIRs if any of those might lay dark speckled eggs;

Wyandotte eggs are more of a pink colour.

This is my first time having silver laced Wyandotte chicks. They are about 4.5 weeks old and I am having a hard tim telling the gender. I am really hoping for pullets

I find that by 6 weeks the Roos comb will be much redder and wattles will drop notably. Your birds don't appear to have as much lacing as they should have at this stage.

I have an updated pictures of one of my SLW juvies. I think this is a one monther.

Is this too much white for the first set of feathers?

At 4.5 weeks my Roo had a LOT more going on than that in the comb and wattle area. At about 4-5 weeks old.
