Ivory nodded and looked around again, before curling up to rest again "Might as well get comfortable, Comet said this won't end until after dark, and she knows these things." Ivory said

Luna was a bit taken aback. She hadn't heard those words for a long time, and the only time she had heard them they had been from her mother, not from a stallion. The mare gazed at him with her dark eyes. A lightning bolt came down from the sky, the light passing through the escape hole and reflecting off of Luna's eyes. She continued to stare at him.

Firestorm blinked to lessen the intensity of the lightning flash. When he opened them, he saw Luna silhouetted in a whitish haze. He walked over to her and nickered. "You won't believe me...but...I love you."

Luna continued to gaze at him. "So… when you asked if you could be my 'someone', you really meant it?" she asked quietly. She was in shock. She never thought anyone would love a creep like her.
