The Smell

I opened the bator to candle last night and was hit in the face with THE SMELL. I candled all my eggs,24, smelled all of them as I was candling, and could not determine which one is bad. What to do.I'm going to candle again tonight, and smell again, maybe i'll toss some of the questionable ones.

Borrow someone elses nose. If it smells one or more is bad an should be where the smell is coming from.

Also candle the eggs to determine if any have died or are infertile and concentrate your friend's nose over these. Well they wont be your friend for long after that

Wife says my nose is bad, she stuck her head inside when I opened it up and said she didn't smell anything bad. I'll candle again tonight.

I had surgery on my nose years ago and lost the ability to smell some of the things that I could smell before surgery. I hope this makes sense. I'm going to candle again tonight and see whats going on.
