Today, the wind blew down one of the 2 doors to their pen, and the ladies (my hens) got out. We saw them running through the back yard and we went out to make sure they weren't being attacked. Nope, Domino had her a nice garter snake and the other girls were playing tug of war trying to share in the feast. So, careful around the rocks and brush...snakes are starting to come out, even though it's a bit early.
