They have been calling for 6-10 inches of snow for a few days now. Was soppose to start snowing this morning by daybreak. Some flurries began about 3PM CST and Id say we have about 1/2 inch on the ground at 4:30!!! Will there really be 6-10 inches???

There could be, that's quite a snow storm going through. If I need local reports, I go to www.weather.com and enter my zip code. It's pretty cool, click on the map and you can zoom in on your own neighborhood!

I'm just south of Owensboro, and we haven't gotten a single flake yet. My boys were very disappointed that they had school today after all the talk about the coming snow yesterday.

On wymt news here where I live they are saying we could get 10+ inches the storm system slowed down and the air is so dry but tonight and tomorrow is when most of it is suppose to hit. I live in the mountains in soeast ky so we are expecting more they say we are the 2nd county to be hit the hardest bell county the hardest.

Well, we live just northeast of Bowling Green...My kids were out of school and we did not have a flake until about 1:30. As of right now maybe 1/4th-1/2 inch. Why was there no school, again? My kids were very disappointed too.
