The Society of Truth, an RP

Alina grimaced. "This door is going to have to open. There's nobody about. Be careful for laser alarms. If you see one let me know." she said quickly. The 3D printed key came in useful once more and the door swung silently open.

"Calder?" she whispered, "I'm going to slit the ropes. You carry her out to the car as fast as you can. Get her to my place and heal her. I'm going to follow if I can, and if not I'll cover your tracks."

Before he could object, she had slipped in and cut the ropes binding Tara. As she did so, her eyes lit on an alarm sensor.
"Calder!" she hissed, "See that cable? That wire?"
He nodded.
"Rip it out. Quickly."

(presuming it's okay if I have them carry her?)

(Yeah of course it’s not like she can walk lol)
Tara is still unconscious

(Great.)
Calder quickly lifted her and carried her as a fireman would. "She's soaking wet," he muttered.
"I don't know what's been happening, but we have to get out of here," Alina reminded him. She locked the door and then quickly wiped the handle with a microfiber cloth.
Calder looked at her as though she had gone crazy.
"I'm getting rid of our fingerprints," she whispered. "Now get! I'll follow."

He nodded and padded quietly away, carrying her as though she was nothing. A siren suddenly blared and he broke into a run, not sure whether or not Alina was following.

She wasn't. She knew people would be on the scene and had leaped out a window. She lay on a ledge just above it and began inching her way across the roof in the direction of the car.

Just as Calder leapt into it, people burst out of the building. He glanced up and saw her. She slipped off the roof and landed on top of the car, opening the door and slamming it just as someone with a menacing sneer reached for it. They pulled away rapidly, the car picking up speed and swerving dangerously to avoid anything the Programmer might send after it.

(should I skip to them arriving home?)

(Yep)
Tara is still unconscious

(It's just going to be like: me- post about 1000 words long. You- Tara is still unconscious. LOL)

Tara was laid carefully on her - Michaela's - whatever. The bed. Tara was laid on the bed. Calder had quickly closed the diary. Nobody should have read it. Feelings of guilt already clawed at him as he tried to clear his mind enough to bring Tara out of the deep coma. Alina gripped his hand. "You can do it," she whispered.

He nodded and placed his hands caressingly (if that's even a word) on either side of Tara's temple. From there, he traced lines of healing energy around her head, into her mind, through the bruise, which began disappearing, and along her arms and legs. He ended by resting his hands over her eyes. When he removed them, her eyes flickered.

(I know that's interfering a little, I hope it's okay)

(Yeah it’s totally fine)
She let out a groan and opened her eyes into a squint, “why is it always me?” She asked her voice cracking “why do I have to be the one being rescued?”

(LOL, until I woke Tara up that’s all I can really write)

Calder sat a little way back, almost afraid to speak. He'd leave that for Alina.

She smiled and leaned over, squeezing Tara's hand. "It's not always you," she said, smiling, "And you know we'd do it for any of the team."

“Well so far it’s only been me” she grumbled “besides that how did you find out where I was?” She asked opening her eyes a little more “did you read my diary?” She had noticed just by chance that when she had looked for it it had been shut, it had been open before. She began to panic. What if Calder had? What if he had read her last entry? Her eyes darted to him fear written all over her face

(Oh help, now what do I do?!)
