The Society of Truth, an RP

She nodded and stood closing her eyes she imagined the hallway, she felt the familiar air spin but then nothing instead it placed her back on the ground hard and she fell in a heap “thanks Calder for everything.” She gave him a slight smile “but I don’t think anyone can do anything” she whispered “I think that was their way of telling me I’m not a member of the programmer’s society anymore”
Calder just watched in shame. This was the first time he had failed so spectacularly. He reached out a hand to Tara to help her up, and whispered in her ear - quiet enough so Alina wouldn't hear - "This doesn't change anything from my side."

She gave a sad sort of smile “does this mean I’m not part of the society of truth?”

She looked at him “but it changes everything for me. Not to do with us but I can’t teleport I’ll be useless to the society of truth” she whispered in reply

"I get it," he murmured, stepping closer, "But some of the ideas you've come up with were nothing to do with teleporting. You're still valuable."
