The story of Sue

[If you keep her, be sure to get her spayed soon.

We would do that soon, have to get her rabies shots to. My great grandma said that mutts make the best pets.

Your great grandma was right. Take it from me, mutts that were previously strays... and better yet, mama strays... make the best pets! Here's proof

My dog, Sugar, who was a pregnant stray when I took her in. She is one of THE BEST dogs I've ever had... and I've had a lot of dogs in my lifetime.

Here are her sweet pups. We had Sugar spayed as soon as we found homes for the pups.

(Awww, they were so cute!)

Best wishes with Sue, she looks like a wonderful dog!

My guess would be if the collar was gone then someone wasn't too happy to see it on their dog. People amaze me when it comes to allowing dogs/cats to just roam with no care.

HenMamma2 just love those pics and mutts do make great companions. Love those babies LOL

Nice pictures!

Sue came up here the next day and her collar was back on. Everybody around here let there dogs run free. I don't know why if she has a owner why they would care. When she is barking, we will go out there to see what she is barking at, and she will act like she is scared that you might hit her.

A few days ago some dogs that killed 5 of my chickens came up here and she chased them off.
