THE SWAP THREAD "FEBRUARY"

It's not rocket science to figure out who you got and when you get your eggs to try to match them to someone on the thread. Its just a sin to admit you know...

any hatch 30% or better is good on shipped eggs. serama are the worlds smallest and friendliest chickens and quietest as far as i know. they r not suppost to get much bigger than a cockatiel, if they r the size of a sebright or larger they r not true malaysian seramas they are americanized or cross breed. true seramas r breed for type first, size then color there is over 2500 color possibilies so ya don't know what will pop out, lol. i have 5 hatched now with 5 more piped at the moment. i'll get pics of them here in a few for ya. waiting for 2 to finish drying.

i just got back from takeing some pics for ya will post them in my b/s/t post. it is windy and starting to snow so they didn't want to cooperate since it was cold and they knew it was feeding time. will post son as i upload.
silkie

bought them off of eggbid from a great seller. i bought 48 and he sent 60 and 51 where fertile and went to the hatcher. will send ya a link to one of his auction. last hatch i had from someone else was very hard lost 4 right before hatch and yes above info is correct. i tried it different this time and they seem to be zipping faster will explain that better soon too.

One of my swap eggs hatched today, but it has a bloody gob of goo hanging off of it (really making a mess of the bator), everyone keep your fingers crossed so the little critter will pull through.

The little guy didn't make it, it's insides were outside. On a happier note I have another pip from one of my other swap eggs, and from my 8 bantam cochin eggs from my girls, 4 have hatched, one poked it's beak out to say Hi (working on hatching the rest of the way right now
