I stuck my swap eggs under a broody. She hasn't been sticking very tight to the nest these last few days. Today is day 21 but I'm not holding my breath.

i got a baby!! the porcelain d'uccle hatched while i was sleeping last night. it is adorable and so little!! the millie fluer d'uccle is now pipped, come on little millie!!!

i got two early babies over night also, 3am to be precise. both from brown eggs, both same solid dark charcoal coloring. no feathered shanks. seem to be slate colored shanks and yellow toes. any thoughts. will post photo once they are all fluffed up.

My eggs look good too! I am on day 13 today with your eggs and with some seramas and some bantam salmon faverolles. I will keep you posted! I know they are cochins, it was written on the eggs, lol. But I don't know what color??? So still somewhat a surprise.
