Last year I sexed this one as female using the wing feather bud sexing method

It works pretty great with silkies. They just sport a different growth pattern, like other breeds would, non are alike.

Fast Feathering male(Project Orpington/Buff Orpington back cross) 1 week old.

Fast Feathering female(Project Orpington/Buff Orpington back cross) 1 week old.
