The Tetra Tint thread.. (Photos, info) ❤

Different bird! (According to the hatchery the Tetra Tints came from, Mt Healthy Hatchery)
I wouldn't mind having Tetra Ambers, though!

well considering hatcheries sell us all pure ameraucanas, im not sure i can trust the information theyve put on the website.

Her legs are huge, which does make me think Cornish.. I guess we'll have to see how the younger Tetra looks as they reach a month old..
She doesn't appear much bigger that the chick she's laying next to? But, those legs are thick.. Hmm.. Hard to tell at this point.
That's why I wish someone had a photo of a full grown Tetra Tint!

Yes, I still have 5 Amberlinks on order, and picked up 4 Amberlinks a week or so back!
I'm not sure if I have photos on here of the Amberlink babies,
but I can show you some photos of my Amberlink from last year!
I got her and a leghorn cockerel from an assorted bin, didn't know what breed she was for a while! lol

And, a couple blog posts from last Summer, was trying to figure out if she was a pullet or cockerel lol
....and what her breed was! I'd never heard of an Dekalb Amberlink.

Sent Tetra Americana an email. Lets see what they have to say. Mt Healthy Hatchery doesn't seem to have alot of answers.
