Hey you go to like a farm store or like a hardware store. You can get skids for free. Some might be broken but easy to fix.

It's Really impressive! I am just so biased over creative, hand made coops. I keep seeing people suggest to newbies to just buy pre-fab with the high cost of lumber and I say to my self nooooooooooo! I got a little pre-fab amazon coop just to use some of the parts for a brooder inside my coop that started as a dog house and is 112sq. ft. now, all thanks to recycled stuff! And I just can't believe that people put full grown hens in those things Amazing job, hope you get to cool off soon!

Update inside is basically done few more things to add. Perch, some nesting boxes etc. all the new chicks are in. The nice to meet pens are up and full. Phew. Now on to the run.
