Went grocery shopping at Safeway and they had a handout called Safeway's 2-hour Turkey. I had an extra turkey so I thawed it out and did the recipe. It's great. 21 pound turkey cooked in roughly 2 hours. The white meat was moist, the dark meat was even better. Very surprised at the simplicity and taste. From the time I was a kid I always thought the only way to do turkeys was 5 hours in the oven. I recommend giving it a try.
