The "Ugly Duckling" Phase- pictures!

So I have 6 chicks who are transitioning into what I call the Ugly Duckling phase. May I introduce to you, Cruella Deville....





He/she is my3 week 4 day old White crested Polish. This is what he looked like before....

Here she/he is today....

Makes me long for the days when they are fuzzy chicks! Anyone else have a chick going thru its akward stage of feathering?
