*The Verge of War* A Medieval Rp

Edwin continued looking at the fire. He thought of what to say to delay Alena leaving, but nothing came to him. "Thank you. Um, no, nothing else," he said

Linnet woke up in a cold sweat. She sat up in her bed and looked about her room.

Fawn awoke with a start as she nearly fell from the window. She went to her bed and laid down

Linnet had been up since dawn. She couldn't sleep. She dressed in a blue kirtle and braided her hair. It went to her waist.
---
Maud knocked on Gwen's door.
---
Edwin paced his room. He had already dressed. He was too impatient today to wait on Alena.
---
Mariah sat up in bed. She looked over to see if Audric was there.
---
Katrina entered the tavern. She asked the owner of he had seen a lovely woman with a man or two in here recently.

Kat awoke just after dawn. It seemed like she had only just fallen asleep, but of course, she had.

Gwen hesitantly woke up when she heard the knock, and dragged her feet to the door. She cracked the door and looked out. "Oh...hello Maud."

Alena once again knocked on Edwin's door. She rocked gently on the balls of her as she waited for an answer.

Audric snored loudly on the patio. After much paced, he had finally fallen asleep on a small cushioned bench.

Maud smiled. "Hello, dear. Are you ready for me to help you ready yourself for the day?" she asked sweetly
---
Edwin went to the window. "Come in," he said.
---
Mariah sighed. Her maid came in and readied her for the day. Mariah sat down at a table in her room to eat her breakfast–alone.
---
Linnet hurried down stairs to the kitchens.

Gwen nodded sleepily. "If I must wake."

Alena walked though the door. "Oh. I guess you don't need me then?" She asked prepared to leave.
