(Gwen is the princess of Alnwick, Linnet is her bestie. They're kinda like siblings. Richard is a selfish knight who is infatuated with Linnet. The guard is, well, just a guard. He's a bore. XD)

Lariah bowed slightly to the princess. She was not fond of her at all, but she would not show it. She smiled weakly at Gwen and let Rensil go on a perch.

Edwin nodded. "I did not expect to see you either." He suddenly remembered Alena and Peter. "This is my, um servant, Alena, and this is my close friend, Peter," he said, indicating the two.
--"What do you need me for?" Linnet asked Gwen.

Richard remembered that Linnet was wanted at the castle. He didn't say anything.

Lariah was holding her handsome red dun horse Sparrow. She got back onto the saddle and walked over next to Edwin.
" And yes, I did follow you." Laraih said calmly on person to throw off Edwin. It was fun to see his halarious angry face.
