"Come back NOW and I can ensure your safety and this incident will be like it never happened. OTHERWISE you and lover boy there will both die, thanks to the assassin who supposedly promised he wouldn't hurt you!"

Fawns mind raced. What was she to do? What would the queen say?
Edmund interrupted. "Gwen, if we go back, I'm sure Fawn will stick to her word and make sure else both stay safe. We can continue, if you want. But consider it. Your sister will be along shortly, so you'd best make your mind up for sure and we'll go," he said quietly.
