*The Verge of War* A Medieval Rp

Redd shrugged. "Who knows. Maybe you wanted a ransom. Or blackmail for the king. Maybe you even think that she can give you the thrown. I mean, why else would you want her?"

(I think he left?)

"Ever heard of love?" Edmund spat.
Fawn sat down quietly to enjoy the show.

Edwin hurried down the steps. He was thinking about how to keep Alena safe without raising suspicions.

Maud set a vase of fresh flowers on Gwen's dressing table.

Linnet shut the heavy door behind her. She walked slowly the the stone bench, deep in thought

"I'd say you could do many things with love. It sure would help your attitude," Edmund said calmly.

Fawn smiled to herself. Maybe Edmund wasn't so bad after all, especially if he could straighten out Redd

Edmund, feeling confident, replied, "Well you obviously have never had love nor been in love."
Fawn, thinking she heard a noise, went to the window. She looked out and around for where the noise had come from

Edmund tensed up when he saw Fawn by the window. "Well, I must be on my way. I, unlike you three, have somewhere important to be." He grabbed his and Gwen's saddlebags, then stopped. "Sir," he said to Fent

Fawn turned away

Fent stopped his mopping. "What is it now?"
