*The Verge of War* A Medieval Rp

"Not yet, please," Linnet said. "At least not until we have to."
-
"Fawn, wait!" Edmund called after her. Fawn stopped, putting her hands on her hips. "Yes?"
"Are you leaving already?" Edmund asked.
"Yes. I have no reason to stay. Besides, they may be looking for me at the castle."
Edmund nodded.
"I'll cover up for Linnet as long as possible, but Peter better have his own back up at Edinburgh," Fawn said hurriedly.
---
Mariah knocked hard on the library door, then entered without waiting for a reply. "Audric!" She called out loudly.

Peter sighed. "But what if they find out before we tell them. Do you know how angry Edwin will be?"

Audric was walking to his small library when he heard Mariah's demanding call. He slowly turned away, hoping she wouldn't notice.

"I've been trying not to think about it," Linnet admitted. "Let's at least put those thoughts away for now and enjoy this short time we have together," she said. In truth, she was very worried as to what Gwen would say, and wether Gwen where she was gone yet. Hopefully the letter and Maud had done enough to persuade Gwen that she was just visiting a relative.
---
Mariah grinned. "Ah hah! Audric, my dear, I've been thinking," she began, hurrying after him.
--
Richard, despite his disdain for braiding chicken tails and being trailed by pesky little girls, was slightly worried where the girl was. He checked the stables, and seeing Adrienne's horse's stall empty, decided to go investigate.
---
Edmund nodded slowly. "Of course. I'll talk to him later about it," he said.
Fawn wanted to go but also wanted to stay. "I really should be going now," she said.
Edmund shoved his hands in his pockets and looked at the ground. "Yes. Your horse is all ready, I presume?" He asked.
Fawn nodded. "Yes, so I need to go," she said, turning.
"Yeah, safe travels," Edmund replied.

As soon as she was out of the door, Fawn let out a deep breath. She hurried around to where the stables were.
(Redd?? XD Crazychick)

Peter sighed. He hadn't even left a note. At least Linnet had Maud.

Redd was sitting lazily on a stall door when Fawn ran in. "What such hurry?" He asked with a boyish grin.

Linnet closed her eyes to just enjoy the moment. She pushed all thoughts of Gwen and the royal family from her head, determined to not let them ruin her happiness.
--
Fawn spun around, surprised she wasn't the only one in the stables. Pushing back a stray strand of hair, she headed to where her saddled horse was tied to the hitching post. "What do you want?" She demanded, not bothering to turn to face him

Edmund kicked at the closed door after Fawn had left. "Why? Why can't I--" he muttered to himself as he returned to his library

Peter couldn't push the thought of Edwin's disappointment when he finally found out. Or of what the queen would do.

Redd laughed. "Am I not allowed to enjoy the smelling comforts of the stables?"

"Peter," Linnet began, looking up at him. (Peter)
---
"Am I not allowed to enjoy a little peace and quiet?" Fawn retorted. She knew it wasn't polite, and probably not the best thing to say to an enemy assassin, but she wasn't in the mood to be polite or talk to an enemy assassin, even if it was Redd. She hurriedly untied the reins from the post and turned the horse around. (Redd)

"I've been thinking, that—," Mariah pause To catch her breath as she hurried after her husband. (Audric)
---
Katrina went to do some stuff (open)
---
Richard waited impatiently while his horse was being saddled. (Open)
---

Gavin, being super boring, fell asleep
---
"Okay" Adrienne smiled, following him through the door
---
Cliffton took his horse from the stableboy (Did he already do that? Sorry, I've been gone awhile...)
---
Cedric continued creeping along behind Emilee
Katrina quietly left the room. She went go see if the princesses needed anything
---
(Adrienne, what did your mother tell you about talking to strangers and going with them?? XD )
Edwin proceeded down a pebble path that led through the garden. "This is the garden," he stated.
---
:)idunno )
Jane stood when the stable boy returned with Clyde and another horse. Jane thanked him, then mounted the slender bay horse the boy had saddled for her. "Where to, your highness?" She asked Cliffton
--
Emilee looked around, then put the big horse into a trot, heading towards the road. She had an advantage over Cedric: he had no horse. (Or so she thinks)
(madam)

Peter glanced down at her.

Read chuckled. "You don't seem like the type for peace and quiet. Always action and drama."

Audric sighed and stopped. "Think about what...Darling."

"I love you," Linnet said, smiling up at him.
--
Fawn rolled her eyes. She was in no mood to talk to anybody, especially Redd. "And you don't seem like the type to sit and enjoy the smells of a stable," she replied curtly. She mounted her horse, then turned to face Redd. "Why are you here?" she asked. Hopefully he hadn't been here long, and hopefully he wasn't aware that Peter and Linnet were here as well.
---
Mariah stood before him, grinning smartly. "I think it's high time plans were underway for our son's marriage," she said.

Gavin slept.
---
"I like gardens even better than hallways!" Adrienne exclaimed happily, spinning in a happy circle.
---
Cliffton shrugged "The woods?" He asked, thinking how mad his mother would be if she found out. He smiled at that thought.
---
Cedric gnawed on some beef jerky as he rode quietly along.
