*The Verge of War* A Medieval Rp

Gavin didn't like hiding the whole truth from Katrina, but he also didn't like the idea of being kicked back out into his cave because of it. So, he simply offered to help with the dishes, and tried to forget about it.

Adrienne grumbled and groaned and crawled back into bed "Okay, but I'm going to see her first thing in the morning" She said decidedly.

Katrina set her bowl in the sink and began scrubbing. "I wonder how long it'll be till the princess sends some guards up here," she murmured to herself.

Guards. At first, it sounded comforting. But then, Gavin realized that it might be bad. He was known, throughout the kingdom, for assorted things he had stolen. He was hunted, wanted, and in hiding. There was always a chance the guards might not recognize him, but if they did...he pushed the thought from his mind and took a bowl from Katrina, beginning to dry it.
