*The Verge of War* A Medieval Rp

Fawn suddenly turned her horse sharply to the left and her horse broke into a gallop. She let out a convincing scream, and attempted to slow her horse, with no apparent success.
---
Edmund slowed down as he neared a hill. He hurried down it to Gwen as fast as he could.
---
Maud knew something was wrong. Gwen wouldn't of left for this long without telling her why. She decided it was time to take it to the king

Redd rolled his eyes. Slowly he turned back to see what was wrong. "What is it now?"

Gwen finally got her foot untangled and quickly stood. The masked rider was now only a few feet away. She wasn't going to make it.

Fawn screamed again, trying to calm her horse. She was way off the path she and redd had originally started on.

Edmund skidded to a stop and accidentally tripped over a log. :)gig I was going over the items people often trip on. Rock, vine, log, etc. )

The masked rider scooped Gwen up.
"Edmu-" The rest of his name was muffled by a gloved hand.

Read followed Fawn through the woods, something was up."

edmund stood up, stumbled, and leaned against a tree. "Gwen!" He looked down at his leg, which was badly injured.

As soon as Redd was out of sight, Fawn immediately calmed her horse with no problem. She patted its neck, then began walking it.

Gwen struggled against the riders arms, but his grip was too strong. (need a new kidnapper

Redd selfishly decided that the women could take care of herself. "I'm leaving." He called, she probably didnt hear him anyway.

(Surprise me)
Edmund, breathing heavily, took a step, but stumbled and fell.
(So. Pathetic.)

Fawn looked to see if Redd had followed. He hadn't. She yanked her horse around. "Redd?" She called out

Gwen finally feed herself. It was a long fall. And everything went black.

Redd heard her distant call and waited. He soon tired of waiting, and continued down the path. If she really wanted to, she could find him.

Edmund knew he had no chance of catching up with the mysterious rider. He hurriedly limped up the hill to the cottage and banged on the door.

Fawn cantered her horse in the direction Edmund and Gwen had been headed. She figured Redd would be that way.

Adrienne happily stroked Calder as they trotted along.

Gavin smiled and followed Katrina back up the hill.
