*The Verge of War* A Medieval Rp

(Edmund and Edwim are too similar in many ways. Arghhh)

Edmund grabbed his horse's reins as they passed. "Gwen, I can take you home if you want. But I can't read your mind," he said

Fawn mounted her horse and took off in the direction of the cottage.
--
Linnet stood patiently while Maud tightened her corset. "Has anything been heard of Gwen?" She asked
Maud shook her head as her mouth was full of pins. Linnet sighed. "I do wish she wouldn't run off without even leaving a note," she muttered

"I dont want to go home." Gwen said coldly. "I just want it to be like when we first set off."
Edmund swung himself up into his horse. "Then we shall do just that. Let us return to that cottage to get our saddlebags, and we'll go to the moon if you like," he said dramatically
--
Fawn, following the dusty hood prints of Edmund's horse, found her way to the cottage. She quickly dismounted

Gwen sighed. "But it wont be the same." She thought, but instead of saying that she quietly followed Edmund to the horses. "I suppose we could try."

Edmund smiled. "That's more like it," he said cheerfully. "Now, who was that woman you were talking to? She looked familiar."

Fawn knocked gently on the door, then went to the window and peeked in

(What happened to Redd?)

Gwen frowned. "That was Fawn, one of my father's assassins. I believe that she has been following us for the majority of our travels."

(umm. Not sure)

Read was now in view of the cottage. He trotted quickly towards it. A short time later, he saw a rider coming from the other side. Is that...Fawn? It was. He dismounted, but stayed just out of view.

Edmund frowned. "Didn't we run into her earlier yesterday?" He asked uncertainly

Fawn knocked again, louder this time.

"Yes." Gwen replied. "That might be because she was following us." She said patently.

(oh ya...fent)

Fent heard a knock on the door. Grumbling, he got up and walked over to the door. "What do you wa...Fawn?" Fent's demeanor changed quickly. "What are you doing here?"

Redd rolled his eyes. "Him again? Really?"

Edmund trotted his horse towards the cottage

Fawn completely surprised to see Femt, but she acted like she wasn't. She smirked. "Oh, I'm just going out for a little stroll, you know," she teased. "Why are you here?"
