*The Verge of War* A Medieval Rp

Edmund climbed up in front of Gwen. "I don't know, and I don't intend to find out," he said. He turned the horse into the woods

Fawn waited till Fent was back inside. "Where are you headed next?" She asked Redd

Emilee blushed. "Oh, I was just um, oh, never mind. Can I help with anything?" She asked
--
Edwin chuckled. "They would just find you and bring you back," he said

Gwen moved back to give him room. "Alright? How far to Emilee's cabin?"

Redd shrugged. "I dont know. Not the castle just yet. I may continue to follow Gwen."

Fent put the wood in the wood box. "Are you good at..." He thought for a moment what was she would an average women be good at. "anything?" (*shakes head at his/my naivety*)

Peter puffed out his chest. "They would never find me. I am much too clever for them."

"A couple miles or so," Edmund replied. "I don't know exactly, I wasn't exactly measuring miles on the way to find you," he joked.
--
Fawn frowned. "Care for some company?" She asked

Emilee laughed. "Well, my father has me clean and cook and keep the fire up and tend to the animals, so I may say I'm good at things."
---
Edwin chuckled. "I don't think you're that good," he said. "Besides, my father has assassins which would track you in a heartbeat."

Deep in thought now, Gwen barely heard his answer. Should she go back, or not?

Redd shrugged. "As long as I dont have to save you again."

Fent smiled. "Sorry. You just dont seem like someone who would do anything besides raising children."

Peter laughed. "What assassins? They've been missing for ages!"

Edmund began trotting the horse. The saddle seemed a bit wobbly, but not dangerously so. He clicked the horse into a canter, and suddenly he was upside down, then on his head.
---
Fawn smiled slyly. "Maybe this time I'll have to save you," she teased.

Emilee laughed, tossing her hair in a flirtatious manner. "Children? Why, that's about the last thing I want, at least now," she said.
---
Edwin rolled his eyes. "They probably aren't missing, you just probably never pay attention to them and their lives," he said.

Gwen let out a surprised shriek. She hit the ground with a thump, and everything went black.

Redd snorted. "I doubt that."

Fent shrugged. "I dont know you."

Peter shook his head. "No. Rumors have been passing among the servants. Nobody has seen them or the Alnwick assassins in over a week! Do you think that their disappearances are connected?"
