*The Verge of War* A Medieval Rp

:)lau Needed that laugh. Thank you, Fawn)

Edmund rolled over then quickly stood up. However, he wasn't quick enough and the horse continued without him. He looked around for Gwen

Fawn trotted her horse in circles, waiting on Redd

Emilee grinned. "Of course you don't. And I don't know you, and I'm staying the night in your house," she said
--
Edwin shrugged. "Who knows." He didn't mention that he knew the elder princess was missing as well.

Gwen sat up a little too quickly. She stayed there for a moment until her head cleared. "Edmund?"

Read set the saddle back onto his horse, only to have it move away. "Stupid animal." He grumbled as he picked it up again.

Fent smirked. "This is dangerous for you? I am letting a stranger stay in my home that nobody knows about! You could rat on me for kidnapping the princess. How do I know that you wont murder me in my sleep?"

"Who will go missing next? The princess?!" Peter practically shouted. "They are the ones who are supposed to protect her! It could happen you know."

Edmund hurried over to Gwen. "Are you okay?" He asked
---
Fawn laughed at Redd. "Maybe the poor beast is scared of you," she suggested.

Emilee flashed her eyelashes. "Do I look the kind of person to murder a handsome young man in his sleep?" She asked

Edwin sped up his pace. "Peter, you're going off on a bunch of random never-going-to-happen things. You ought to shut up," he said.

Gwen nodded, only causing more dizziness. "I think so. Just a bump. And you?"

Redd ignored Fawn, intent on not dropping the saddle and causing himself more embarrassment. He finally got the girth tightened, and himself in the saddle. "Which way?" He said flatly.

"You never know." He said, adding more logs to the burning fire. "It makes for a better cover if nobody suspects you."

Peter looked at Edwin surprised. "What is wrong with you?"

Edmund held out his hand to Gwen. "I think I'm fine. But neither of us will be fine without my horse," he said dismally.
--
Fawn smirked at Redd's trouble. "They went left," she said, pointing northwest.

Emilee rolled her eyes. "May I have some tea? Without poison, preferably," she said.
---
Edwin walked away without answering.

Gwen looked around. "She is gone? What are we going to do?! Whoever was following will surely get us now!"

Redd frowned. "Glad somebody enjoyed my little show." He said sarcastically.

Fent laughed. "Only if you can choose the poisonless cup." He joked.

Peter through his hands up. "You've changed Edwin!" He called after him. (right

The sound of Horses cantering drew nearer. Edmund grabbed Gwen's hand a pulled her up. "Come, we need to run," he said, leading her deeper into the woods.
--
Fawn trotted her horse in the direction she saw Edmund and Gwen go. "Oh, we enjoyed it very much!" She replied

Emilee frowned. "I hope you are joking," she said.
--
Edwin kicked a large stone, sending it flying. "What?" He demanded

Gwen didnt say anything, just followed Edmund at a grueling pace that she couldn't keep up for very long.

"We?" Tho statement confused Redd very much.

"Only a little." He said with a wink.

Peter whirled around and stomped off. "I dont even know you anymore!"
