*The Verge of War* A Medieval Rp

Gavin accepted the mug and painstakingly took a tiny sip
---
Cedric was odly fascinated, and picked up the pace a little "Hello!" He called to Emilee
---
"Yeah" Cliffton grumbled, tracing a knot in the oak table with his finger tip "What are you doing?"

"Do you know Richard?" Adrienne asked Jephry as they rode toward Edinburgh, hoping her new knight friend had heard of her old knight friend. She had not yet noticed that they were headed for the wrong castle.

Jephry thought for a moment "My cousin's aunt's brother knows a Richard" He answered "But I don't, no"

Katrina felt terrible for Gavin, and she wasn't sure what else to do. The wound, in fact, looked worse than yesterday but she didn't want to lower his hopes by telling him that. "If you can bear it, I think it would be best to pour a little alcohol on it," she said hesitantly. "To kill bacteria, you know," she added.

:)gig )
Richard did some stuff that knights do.

Jane chuckled. "Going for a walk. Care to join me?" She asked nonchalantly, as if she was talking to a person of equal rank to herself.
---
Emilee spun around, her cheeks burning with embarrassment. She looked the man over before carefully replying. "Hello, sir," she said. He didn't appear to be someone she or her father knew, by she still wasn't about to trust him

Gavin wasn't sure if he could, but he nodded "Okay" He said.
---
"Here we are; the castle" Jephry trotted his horse through the gates of Edinburgh.

Adrienne frowned. This wasn't the castle.
---
"Sure" Cliffton stood up "Gotta be better than this"
---
Cedric looked around. She appeared to be alone, and that could prove usefull "What brings you out today?" He asked, pretending to be friendly.

Gwen frowned. Something was off
Maud knocked on Elain's door. She needed to think up an excuse for Linnet for the time being. Perhaps she ought to beckon Linnet home and make it look like Linnet had been delayed at Edinburgh for some reason.
--
While Gavin drank the water, Katrina crossed the room and opened a small cabinet. After a moment, she found a bottle.
--
Jane smiled softly. "Do you have a particular area you like to walk in or to?" She asked in a kind voice.
-
Emilee frowned. "I am uh, going to my uncle's farm, right up the road," she said, pointing a little ways away at a random farmhouse.
--
Linnet stepped into the satin white gown, then stood still while the maid laced up the back. Fawn tucked a final white rose into the headpiece of the veil.

Gavin clumsily clunked his now empty cup down on a table and leaned back in his bench.
---
Cliffton shrugged "not really. Somewhere scenic"
///
"Ah" Cedric nodded "this uncle of yours...is he rich?" He asked casually.

Elaina gave a few more plucks on her harp. It had been a gift from her aunt for her birthday. She wasn't very good. "Who is it?"

Katrina returned to Gavin, bottle in hand. "You might want to grab on to something," she said, opening the bottle.
---
"Very well then. The gardens?" Jane suggested

Edwin waited for the queen to pass, then proceeded down the hallway, being careful to not make any noise.
---
Emilee shook her head. "Hardly," she replied bluntly. She wanted to get gone, as far away from this man as possible, but she didn't want to raise suspicions
---
"Maud. May I come in?" Maud said
---
Edmund knocked on Peter's door

Gavin swallowed hard. Grabbing onto the bench, he braced himself for what he was sure was going to be terrible.
---
"Sure" Cliffton shrugged "Maybe when we get back somebody will make me a sandwich"
---
"And what about you?" Cedric quickly stepped in front of her.
---
Jephry handed his horse to the stable boy, and helped Adrienne off the horse "Alright, I'll see you later" He headed off to the orchard with his book of fruit identification.

Adrienne spun around. She didn't recognize any of this. She ran toward the castle.

Katrina took a deep breath, then poured about a teaspoon of the alcohol on the wound.
---
Jane laughed. "Perhaps."
---
"Me?" Emilee shook her head. "All I have is a loaf of bread and some apples. Would you like an apple?" She asked, taking an apple from the sack and holding it out to the man.
--
:)gig and he surely needs it )

Richard did some more stuff.
