My broody is hatching out today. So far one out, and two have pipped.

I'm afraid we lost both of the orloffs in the night.

I know it happens but it's still sad. They didn't look all that strong when I went to bed so I was kind of expecting it. I guess it was better that it was quick and I didn't get to know them or really have to watch them suffer any.
Edited to add: the four Dutch chicks are looking great, all running around and peeping and drinking and eating.
