I have purchased expensive peat moss for my ladies to bath in and dang if they don’t prefer digging holes in my red dirt against my car tires!
I swear they want me to break my good ankle.

You can lead a chicken to a nice pile of dirt, but you can't make them bathe.... at least where YOU want them too.

I’m so fascinated by how different each gals eggs are. They are the same breed, eating the same food and yet their unique bodies produce unique little eggs. One girl has very light speckling, one has white speckling, and one lays a darker brown with bigger speckles. Very cool, imo.
