The weak Duckling (HELP)

About two weeks ago I hatched out 7 ducklings 6 of whom are alive and growing well. The 1 ducklings has not grown a single inch, and is falling over and getting trampled. What do I do? She looks like she was hatched an hour ago she's so small and weak. I have electrolytes and only one heat lamp. I tried the sock method for a few hours, but she looses balance alongside the larger ducklings. Any ideas!

Those that don't grow and fall behind often have something internal wrong, probably some sort of birth defect and generally they will pass. Sometimes they are truly a runt, and will slowly hang in there.

That looks crowded and hot. Is their area bigger?

Could try seperating that duckling out with one other for company and see if having less of a crowd will help so it isn't competing for food etc.
