The weirdest thing.!!

Today I was holding Talulah my EE and I was letting her back and then I held her neck gently and she slowly closed her eyes and her head just dangled and she stayed like that till I moved my hand.!! I guess that made her feel very comfortable.? It was strange lol.!

It's possible, but can be VERY stressful for the chicken and shouldn't be encouraged, or be a source of amusement. It is really weird when it happens though and must have caught you totally off guard

It's supposed to be a defense mechanism, like playing dead.

It did scare me.! I thought she passed out but only her head dropped her whole body was still standing up.
