I have close to 300 eggs in the incubator now. Hoping for good hatches, for sure. It's that time!

OK 108 didn't kill them off, but I've had one tiny crack of a pip going for hours. Peeping coming out of the FBCM and BM eggs. Need to go to bed, but I just can't.

Almost end of day 20 and 3 out!

Bunch of pips, I'd have said one zipper but it popped while I was candling the other set of eggs!

I'ma gonna wake up to a pile of fuzzy butts!

Kathy - lovely, simply lovely chicks.
And to all of you...nice that I can vicariously watch your hatches. There is truly nothing more beautiful than new life, except of course a long awaited egg. Speaking of which -
My BO's are five months old - literally five months and a few days. My young roo Eggery Peck has begun crowing (and servicing my two older hens). Four of my young BO's have blushed a gorgeous shade of red in the face and comb.
Are eggs forthcoming? I am crazy waiting for those eggs - and even more in anticipation of some FERTILE eggs.
How long until they lay and how long until he is taking care of business with them?
I am hoping to set some of their eggs in Mahonri's Easter hatch. Any chance of that happening?
