Hello! I am new to BYC and chicken mothering in general. I live in gibsonia and recently got some chicks and ducks. My neighbor has a bunch so I thought this would be ok for my family to get some as well, but I read something that may discourage that notion but it wasn't very clear. Where is the best place to learn about what your area is allowed to have as far as chickens? Thank you!

Usually the best place to ask is at your village or town hall. They should be able to tell you if they are or aren't legal in your area.
