"Fistfight?" Kane asked and stepped inside to look Jase over. "Or weapons?"

Kane nodded and started murmuring a spell and making gestures over Jace, occasionally touching one or another of his injuries. He stepped back when he was done and looked to her. "He needs to rest for a while, but he should be alright."

"thank you. and ill make sure he thanks you and gets the scolding he needs." she said. even thought she wouldn't admit it she was happy. her eyes were kind of teary from emotion too.

Kane gave her a short bow "You are welcome" He said and looked to Jase, then around the house before looking back to her "It is nearing noon, and you have an appointment to keep."

"Alright" Kane said, watching her go. He turned back to Jace, waiting for him to wake before taking him to his house.
 
alex raced into the palace through the servants gates and went into the halls. she snuck around not wanting to explain to anyone that she was meeting the prince. she slipped through the doors and breathed in the garden. she went into the maze of flowers and sat on the ground barely seeable.
 
(Sorry everyone, I've had TONS of homework and events going on so I haven't been able to post for a while e.e)
